Right to enter the Agreement
Any use of the Site by You means that You are an adult and that You have the right to enter this Agreement. Parachute shall not be held liable for use of its Site by persons not in compliance with the above.
The Site and all of its content and code belongs to Parachute and is protected under International Copyright Law. The Site is made available to You only for your personal use; You are not allowed to reproduce, copy, reverse engineer, modify, alter, publish and in general use the Site in whole or in part for any other purposes other than those stated in this Agreement without the express prior written consent of Parachute. You are also expressly prohibited from misleading or causing to mislead third parties with regard to the Site's lawful owner, or from using this Site or its contents for any commercial purposes unless you have acquired the prior written consent of Parachute.
Parachute may at any time and without warning modify or cancel the Site, in part or in whole, without any indemnity being due to You for such reason.
PARACHUTE DOES NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT, SERVICE OR FEATURE OF THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL PROVIDE SPECIFIC RESULTS. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE DELIVERED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. PARACHUTE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PARACHUTE DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR THE ACTS, OMISSIONS AND CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR ANY PARACHUTE SERVICES. YOU ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND ANY LINKED SITES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY AGAINST PARACHUTE FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT IS TO STOP USING THE SITE OR ANY SUCH CONTENT. The above disclaimer applies to any damages†or liabilities caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use, whether for breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of action.
Limitation of Liability
Parachute will in no event be liable to You for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if Parachute has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Parachute, its officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against Parachute by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Site.
The information you send about yourself or your company (i.e. name, address, etc.) is processed by Parachute according the provisions of the Greek Data Protection Act, and You may exercise the rights afforded to you under such Act according to the provisions set therein. Parachute will only use such information in the course of its business activities, and will not intentionally distribute or sell that information to anyone without your permission to do so. By using its Site, You consent to Parachute’s collection and use of the information you transmit to it. You understand that information transmitted over public networks may be accessed by third parties and Parachute will not be liable for any such unauthorized disclosure. Further, You understand that Parachute may use third-party service providers to administer Web servers and to store such information on back-up disks, and that a service provider may without Parachute’s knowledge permit an unauthorized third party to do so on its behalf. In the event that you have any objections as to Your personal information being processed by Parachute, you should contact Parachute in writing immediately, at its provided “Contact” information in the Site.
Any form of feedback, such as, questions, comments or suggestions made by You regarding the content of this Site will not be considered confidential. You agree that Parachute will have all rights to reproduce, publish, disclose, distribute and otherwise use any such response for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products based upon any such responses without any indemnity or right being due or granted to You on these grounds.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Parachute with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written and oral agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter of this Agreement. No waiver or modification of this Agreement will be binding upon either party unless made in writing and signed by a duly authorised representative of such party and no failure or delay in enforcing any right will be deemed a waiver.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain effective and enforceable to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, You may not sell, assign or delegate any rights or obligations under this Agreement. Any attempted assignment in violation of this Agreement shall be void and without effect.
Governing Law - Jurisdiction - Dispute Resolution
You agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of this Site, including all disputes relating to its content, products and services, shall be governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions, the application of which is expressly excluded. You also agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the Court of Law of the city of Athens, Greece, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
What information is collected
We collect information about you either: (i) directly from you when you provide it to us, including when using the Website; (ii) automatically as you use the Website.
We collect several types of information from and about users, including but not limited to a person's name, physical address, zip code, e-mail address, and/or telephone number, Paypal account information and purchase history. As you navigate through and interact with the Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns, including, IP address, login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, products viewed, searched for or purchased, page response times, download errors, length of visit to certain pages, page interaction and methods used to browse away from the page.

They will collect, store, and process your credit card and other payment information on our behalf using the highest industry security measures. Parachute® will not in any way store or process your credit card information or other sensitive financial information.
Disclosure of Information
In general, we do not share or sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose though some of the information we collect about you in good faith with:
(i) Business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors who provide services in support of our business. For instance, we pass your delivery address and telephone number to our partner courier companies in case they need to contact you directly if there is a problem with your delivery of tangible goods. Also, we pass certain personal information to third-party payment management companies to enable them to verify your credit or debit card details.
(iii) Credit reference agencies for the purpose of ensuring that your credit or debit card is not being used without your consent. This is done only to confirm your identity. No credit check is performed.
(iv) Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our website and services;
