This internet site (the “Site”) belongs in whole to Parachute Worldwide EE (DBA “Parachute” or “Parachute Typefoundry”). The term “internet site” is used to denote all webpages, information, documents, software, services and any other material to be found at any time under the domain name www.letteres.com. This Agreement to Terms of Use of the Site is entered between You, the user of the Site, and Parachute, which grants You the right to use the Site. This Agreement grants You a non-exclusive, personal right to use the Site under the following terms and conditions. The information you send about yourself or your company (i.e. name, address, etc.) is processed by Parachute according the provisions of the Greek Data Protection Act, and You may exercise the rights afforded to you under such Act according to the provisions set therein. Parachute will only use such information in the course of its business activities, and will not intentionally distribute or sell that information to anyone without your permission to do so. By using its Site, You consent to Parachute’s collection and use of the information you transmit to it. Any form of feedback, such as, questions, comments or suggestions made by You regarding the content of this Site will not be considered confidential. You agree that Parachute will have all rights to reproduce, publish, disclose, distribute and otherwise use any such response for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products based upon any such responses without any indemnity or right being due or granted to You on these grounds.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Parachute with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written and oral agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter of this Agreement. No waiver or modification of this Agreement will be binding upon either party unless made in writing and signed by a duly authorised representative of such party and no failure or delay in enforcing any right will be deemed a waiver.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain effective and enforceable to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Assignability
Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, You may not sell, assign or delegate any rights or obligations under this Agreement. Any attempted assignment in violation of this Agreement shall be void and without effect.
Governing Law - Jurisdiction - Dispute Resolution
You agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of this Site, including all disputes relating to its content, products and services, shall be governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions, the application of which is expressly excluded. You also agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the Court of Law of the city of Athens, Greece, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
